We visited an open house and met our agent Joan Mourfield. Eventhough the home we were in wasn’t up to our liking she made a very low key approach in telling us about her expertise for Tellico and about some other propeeties she would like to show us. We agreed and the rest is history. Within 48 hrs we found our house and bought it.
